Eileen Casterline

Data Coordinator

Eileen Casterline is a Data Coordinator at the Healthcare Career Advancement Program (H-CAP). Eileen joined H-CAP in Fall 2024 with over a decade of experience in non-profit work, primarily in data & project management and fundraising.
 

Before joining H-CAP, Eileen raised money to help people living with HIV/AIDS access essential services in New York City. She went on to manage multiple databases for a multi-entity political organization, focusing on fundraising and operational support. She also helped organize the staff union at that organization, serving as the first co-unit chair and as a member of the bargaining committee for the first unit contract.
 

Eileen holds a B.A. from Emory & Henry University.
