H-CAP works with joint labor/management training funds and organizations that implement local workforce, career ladder, and educational programs. In 2014, we launched the H-CAP Education Association, a 501 (c) (3) not-for- profit organization to support staff development, shared curricula, program ideas, and successful practices among the 15 different regional and industry based funds in the acute, ambulatory, long term and home care sectors.

H-CAP held its annual spring conference in Washington, DC on 28 March 2019. It provided members of our network with the opportunity to work through the continuing evolution in the healthcare industry on several fronts including the effects of technological innovations.
